VMware Workshop

VMware and Rocky Mountain User Group (RMOUG) collaborated to offer a “Oracle Workloads on VMware” workshop during the RMOUG’s Training Days on Feb 18th, 2020.

The workshop titled “Architecting & Implementing Oracle Workloads on VMware—Including Hybrid Clouds” was held on Feb 18th, 2020 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am.

The workshop was delivered by Sudhir Balasubramanian, Staff Solution Architect and Oracle Practice Lead, VMware.

The workshop was then followed by an Oracle Licensing on VMware Platform discussion led by Dean Bolton, LicenseFortress.

The workshop was very well received by the Oracle audience. We will be offering similar workshops at the other Oracle User group events as well.

In addition, VMware had a shared booth presence with LicenseFortress at the events where we were able to speak to customers about running their Oracle workload on VMware vSphere platform.
