We’ve overhauled the process to make it easier to submit, track, and manage your support cases in one centralized location.
- Improved File Uploads: We’ve enhanced the file upload functionality to make sharing files easier and more streamlined
- Download Case PDFs: For easy record-keeping and sharing, you now have the ability to download your case details as a PDF.
- Get Notified You can now subscribe to knowledge articles to stay updated on changes.
